Needles is a law firm case management system. While Needles can be used by any type of law firm, Needles is ideal for personal injury practices. Needles is server-based software, which means it can be run on-premise, on your own in-house servers or within a private cloud.
Who Needles is Good For
Needles specializes in the nuances of managing personal injury cases, both client and plaintiff-side. As a result, Needles is best suited for law firms that have a significant personal injury practice. Because Needles does not include accounting capabilities, it is not a good fit for firms that want integrated accounting in their practice management solution. (Though Needles does integrate with QuickBooks.)
Needles is known for being very customizable, specifically with the ability to create custom intake and workflows based on the type of case.
Needles integrates with a number of applications you may already use, such as Microsoft Outlook and QuickBooks.
