Erin Pickar is Uptime’s Chief Operating Officer.

Early in her career, Erin served as a paralegal to prominent national law firms, giving her a unique insight into the workings of and challenges faced by law firms. Since then, Erin has built extensive experience in both the legal and business communities.

Erin joined Uptime in 2010, where she developed the team, structure and process needed to scale Uptime to the industry leader that it is today.

Today, Erin oversees all business operations of Uptime Legal including accounting, human capital, legal, risk management, business systems and process. Erin also manages Uptime’s Cloud Service Delivery teams including Project Management, Technical Support and Client Services.
